Covid-19 Update
Shipping: We are continuing to ship and process orders, returns and exchanges with no delay.

Shipping Cost
- Regular shipping is free with all Australian orders over $80.
- Orders under $80 will be charged a flat rate shipping cost of $10 for regular shipping.
- All express domestic shipping must be paid for by the customer with a flat rate of $15
- International shipping will have a flat rate of $37 for standard postage. This is to be paid for by the customer and they are responsible for any import duties and taxes.
Delivery Time
- Processing time- We aim to process your order within one business day of it being placed, we will send an email after it has been processed.
- Shipping time- We aim to ship your order within 2 business days of it being processed. You will receive an email when your order has been shipped along with a tracking number.
- Australia Post standard domestic shipping can take from 4-7 business days to arrive once shipped.
- Australia Post express domestic shipping can take from 2-3 business days to arrive once shipped.
- Standard international shipping depends on what country the items are being delivered to. To get an estimate the parcel will have a tracking number included in your shipping notification email.
Tracking
- All orders Domestic or International will receive a tracking number with your shipping notification email.
