Returns/Refunds/Exchanges

Items that cannot be returned/refunded/exchanged include:

  • Final sale items.
  • For hygienic reasons, intimates, swimwear, earrings, cosmetics, and beauty tools (including makeup brushes, sponges and hair tools.
  • Internationally shipped items (unless the shipping is payed for by the customer.)
  • Gift Cards

 

Terms of return/refund/exchanged:

  • Item must be in original condition- Unworn, unwashed with all tags attached.
  • Items can only be returned/refunded/exchanged 30 days from item delivery (Australian based customers only).
  • Postage of Returned/Exchanged Items Must Be Paid For By The Customer.
  • Items can only be returned/refunded/exchanged, if the customer wishes to order the product again a separate order will have to be placed.
  • Items cannot be set aside for returns and there is no guarantee that your item will be in stock once the return has been complete.
  • Please give us 2 business days to process your return.
  • Only once items have been received the items will we complete the return or refund. 

Valid reasons for returns/refunds/exchanges:

  • Doesn’t fit
  • Wrong item sent (may ask for proof of incorrect item via photo)
  • You received a damaged item (may ask for proof of damage via photo)
